Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from the date your order ships. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat $6.95 shipping fee applies. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Packaging

All orders ship in a plain brown box or white poly mailer with no external branding, logos, or product descriptions. The only label is your name and address — nothing that reveals the contents.

Returns Policy

30-day return window

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Hygiene-sealed products

For health and safety reasons, opened or used items are final sale — this is standard practice in the wellness industry. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it no questions asked.

How to return

Email hello@embergoods.polsia.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.

No marketing mail

We will never send physical mail to your address. No catalogues, no promotional mailers, nothing in your physical mailbox that connects to your order.

Your statement will show "EmberGoods" — nothing more. No product names, no category descriptions, nothing that identifies the nature of your purchase. This applies to all payment methods.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order includes full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. The tracking emails come from a neutral sender — no wellness or adult branding in the subject line or sender name.
